What we collect, and why
When you book a session: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us in your booking note. We use these to manage your booking and to reach you about it — nothing else.
When you place an order: the same details, plus a delivery address if you choose courier delivery, and your payment records. We use these to fulfil your order and to keep the financial records the law requires.
When you send a message through the contact form: your name, contact details and message, so we can reply.
We never collect information we don't need, and we never buy, sell or trade personal information.
Who it is shared with
A courier company receives your name, phone number and delivery address — only when you choose courier delivery, and only to deliver your order. No one else receives your information unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are deleted after 12 months. Orders, invoices and payment records are kept for 5 years, as tax law requires, and are then anonymised. Booking records are kept for 5 years.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets one cookie: the session cookie that keeps your cart and forms working. There is no advertising, no tracking cookies, and any visitor statistics are collected without identifying you — which is why you haven't been asked to accept anything.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (where the law doesn't require us to keep it). Email PLACEHOLDER — set in admin and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
If you believe your information has been mishandled and we haven't resolved it, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: inforegulator.org.za.
