Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

Orders are couriered countrywide at a flat rate of R 100,00.

Orders are sent by courier within 3 to 5 working days of payment reflecting.

Collect from Featherbrooke Estate. Once your payment reflects, we'll arrange a time that suits you. Collection is free.

Gift vouchers are emailed as PDFs — nothing to deliver, nothing to wait for.

RETURNS

PLACEHOLDER — set the returns policy in admin before the shop goes live.

If you buy online, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and receive a refund. Return the goods unused and we will refund you once they arrive back. Personalised items and vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be returned.

To start a return, reply to your order email or use the contact page — include your order number and we'll take it from there.
